Upcoming weeks selections. All meals are "farm to fork" and dependent on what is available seasonal and fresh. Please be sure to have your orders in by Friday afternoon for the following week delivery.

Some of these meals are designed more for us adults! May not be suitable for all kids' pallets. Dishes offered are depended on available seasonal and fresh produce.

Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Local Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with an Olive and Caper Salsa. With toasted fennel lemon basmati rice. Can add chicken Reheating instructions: In Oven or Stovetop. Oven: Preheat oven to 425. Place Cauliflower steaks on parchment paper. Slightly grease and cook for 7-10min until fully heated and browning occurs. Top with salsa and fresh cilantro. Stovetop: Heat 1TB of oil in a non-stick pan. Allow pan to full heat before adding cauliflower steaks. cook until heated fully through and browning. Top with salsa, and cilantro. Reheat rice in the microwave in a microwave safe container. Add a little bit of water and heat at 60% to prevent drying out of the rice. Top with fresh lemon juice and enjoy!

Classic Beef Stroganoff

Tender beef, classic homemade sour cream mushroom sauce and local Etto pasta. Can Omit Beef Reheating directions: Add 1-2TB of olive oil to a deep skillet over med heat. Add Pasta, meat and mushroom ingredients. Heat until warm, then add sauce. Serve and top with parsley.
